I’ve bought and sold a lot of cars over the years and always make every effort to avoid dealerships and the games they play. I was shocked when we asked them to get some numbers on a new car and our car we were considering trading (not seriously considering, dealerships are notorious for insultingly low offers) and was shocked at what they came back with. They came down a significant amount off the new car sticker price and offered a very fair (not great, but fair) price for our trade. Thre was minimal back and forth on prices, we had reached an agreement in less than 10 minutes.
The new car had some problems, which they rushed us in to get fixed, no waiting days for an appointment.
The only thing keeping this from being five stars is our salesman Tim (who I would gladly buy another car from and recommend to anyone) was not an expert on the car he sold. There Were a few small details he was unsure of with the car. Not a Problem, he’s new to volvo, and will only get better the longer he works with them.
