I found River Bluff one Saturday as I was apartment searching. I was immediately impressed with the amenities and feel of the property. Also, the staff were ready to please and assist me with some information. The layout of the apartments are really nice and open. I haven’t had any issues with maintenance either. Overall, I’m happy I signed a year lease here and I hope I can stay even longer than that.

Most newly renovated apartments in Lexington. They have a resort style pool, hammock garden, bark park, grilling area, putt putt, and the best office staff in Lexington. Apartments are fully equip with stainless steel appliances and granite style counter tops. Do yourself a favor and move in to River Bluff of Lexington!

I had some clients that was I was trying to find a house for. They were wanting a place zoned to River Bluff High School. I could not find them a house they were interested in that was in their price range.
I called around to some apartments in the area, and the employees at River Bluff were so helpful and they also didn’t mind working with Real Estate Agents. Jennifer agreed to help them and we got them in an apartment with a one year lease.
The apartment complex and apartments are clean and very «welcoming». My clients are really enjoying living there. Great floor plan too.
Friendly staff and great apartment. I’ll definitely recommend them again.

Just moved here in DECEMBER of 2014 it is a very nice and quiet place to live all new appliances and new carpet in the apartment. The very nice ladies in the front office are very nice and helpful. I would recommend living here at RIVER BLUFF to anyone.

I lived here about five years ago when it Chimney Ridge and it was terrible. So I was very hesitant to give these apartments a second chance, but I’m glad I did! I heard through the grapevine that a new company had came in to revamp and turn these apartments around, and they absolutely did! Not only are the apartments much nicer and updated, but the entire staff is much more friendly. The ladies in the front office were both so kind and helpful in answering all of my questions and making sure we found the best fit for me. After recently getting approved, I’m now waiting for my move in date and I couldn’t be more excited. River Bluff is a complete 180 degrees from what Chimney Ridge was. I absolutely recommend River Bluff to any and everyone!
