I had called them last year after Irene and following rain left my basement with a mold situation. The person who came out was helpful and did not try to tell me I needed $ 2000 worth of remediation. But then when I called with questions and to schedule an appt, I kept getting the run around and never got called back after several tries.
I called another servpro but the woman answering the phone said they would not touch my situation they are franchises and another franchise had given me the original estimate. Instead she said she would send an email to the company «trainer» and someone would call me back in 48 hrs. No response. Called the second place back asking what happened. Finally got a call back from the original estimator with answers to only half my questions and no number to call him back. When I called the company back, they send me straight to his voicemail and I never heard back. My estimate was somewhere in the $ 150 range and obviously not worth their time since there was serious other flooding going on where they could have made more money. At not time was I upset or nasty. The could have simply said they were booked for a long time or anything else to let me know to move on. There are so few mold remediation services that are reliable.
