I am surprised with the earlier reviews of the Sherwin Williams Lexington store. My experience has been excellent. I cannot say enough about Dren who has helped me repeatedly, and is very customer service driven. Then there is Ryan who has also been helpful and he tries to answer questions and share information re/the paints, colors etc. Jill has been sympathetic to my frustrations trying to choose an exterior house color. Although these people must be sick of seeing me in the store asking for yet another trial color, they are always pleasant. Dave is new and he helped me earlier this week, and he seems conscientious re/customer service, too. I think this is a great store. They also have a reasonable parking lot so that you can pull in and out and don’t have to worry about not having room to park etc. That may seem like a small issue, but some other stores have small parking lots where you feel so cramped, and worry about getting dinged. I really like this store. The staff have been overwhelmingly accommodating and I appreciate all that they offer — good selection of paint colors and finishes, as well as a great staff!

The people here are very helpful and it’s so convenient that they will keep my colors in their computer.

Do not go to this store. The dudes here are indifferent and impatient. They don’t care what you really need, they don’t care your loss, they just sell.

I used to go in to see the female manager(HUBBAHUBBA!) but I have recently been told she moved companies.(Her name was Shannon) Too bad… She is what kept me coming there! Her paint matching was spot on every single time. Those other dudes you guys have in this store now are just terrible at even the easiest part of the job: communication. I guess I’ll be seeing Mindy at Benjamin Moore now instead. Too bad. So sad. Get her back!
