I think the service could be a lot friendlier. Friendly service is at least 80% of the reason why I go to an actual store instead of ordering online. Each time I walk out of the store wondering what I did wrong this time to put the man helping me into such a bad mood, I am more inclined to buy my sheet music online next time. I much prefer a friendly human to a computer, and that’s why I go to real stores and hope they don’t go away. But when the comparison is between a computer and a grumpy human, I am not so sure any more. Their hours are difficult for anybody with a regular job. They do have a lot of sheet music to browse through, and they can order efficiently what they don’t have.

Loads of books, however no real organization. Which would not be a problem if the staff were helpful. Unfortunately, three ladies were working, two doing paperwork and the third was just rude. Forgive me, I understand that you are only open for 3 hours per day and you have places to go. But, unfortunately you are in retail if a customer comes in at 15 minutes to closing or 15 minutes after opening. You should still be helpful and polite.

Pleasant service and reasonable prices make this a good stop for sheet music. They can order from nearly any publisher and offer educator discounts.
