Spruce Cove Healing

Yesterday I had my first treatment with Kristina. I was hoping that she would be able to help me with a problem in my spine that has persisted for a few months. I tried conventional methods to no avail. I did a chakra clearing meditation on my own at home, was able to get some improvement, but it didn’t last. I felt that I needed someone with skill in this area, as my body felt totally off balance.
Kristina spent time prior to my treatment explaining her methods. After the treatment, she discussed her findings with me, and made recommendations which might further assist me in resolving my problem. Her feedback was very interesting and full of insight.
By the time I left, my problem was noticeably improved. I had been getting some referred pain in my ankle, which has totally resolved.
I found Kristina to be warm, kind, knowledgeable, and giving of her time. She truly has a gift!
I am planning to return in a month or so for a «tune up», and to hear what other insights with which she can provide me.

Kristina has a gift — or rather, several gifts –that she brings to her work. She is smart, thoughtful, compassionate, and astonishingly perceptive, and she generously directs those gifts towards those fortunate enough to find and seek her help.
I have attended a couple of Kristina’s workshops, have had one phone session, and one in-​person session with her; each time her warmth and attentive counsel have made me feel both more aware of and more hopeful about my situation. The reiki, or energetic healing, that she has done in each session has left me feeling put back together, somehow much more whole, than when I first arrive, and the effects seem to continue well beyond each session. I can’t recommend Kristina highly enough; she’s great.

I had an amazing reiki session with Kristina. She was warm, kind, and very comforting. I left feeling relaxed and peaceful and that feeling has continued. I am going to see her again this week. I highly recommend her to anyone who wants to feel better. Kristina made me feel welcome and was easy to talk with. She is wonderful!

I’ve attended several of Kristina’s workshops and am always surprised at how much I learn from them. I appreciate that she welcomes skeptics and approaches energy work from a very down to earth place. Her joy and love of crystals are infectious. I’ve already recommended Spruce Cove to several friends.
