this place has got an old English touch to it. esp the fireplace and couches around it. always a pleasant place to be in winters! Unlike other bucks, it’s calm and perfectly lighted ;)

This Starbucks is my favorite. All of the employees are so friendly and patient and they always get it right. My coworkers and I enjoy coming here every day for our coffee. Plenty of comfortable seating inside and out.

Really really slow. There is only one employee that is friendly. I now try to go to the Bedford location which is so much faster and friendlier. I Only go to Lexington if I have to

Rude. This place seriously needs to rethink why it’s doing as this location always has lines and it’s clearly wearing in their employees.

Avoid during rush hours and lunch time. Unlike other Starbucks, this location does not adjust the number of staff to support the volume of customers. This turns into both wait times to order and for your order. The Americano’s are stronger than the watered down stuff you can find at other ‘Bucks, which is why I keep coming back and for giving it 2 stars. Ugh, it’s a process through.

Great service and consistent with the coffee you get at any Starbucks. They are open pretty early which is nice; I was able to stop in at 6:30 and get my morning cup last week. I’m not sure if they still do it or not but the sausage egg and cheddar breakfast sandwich is awesome. There is no drive through here but I have always been able to find parking in their lot without issue!

It’s nice to be greeted with a smile — and I appreciate that about Lexington’s Starbucks. Coffee gets me through my day, but good customer service is the icing on the cake. The service is speedy and efficient. I’d highly recommend it

One of my favorite Starbucks locations! They have plenty of seating, are quick to prepare the drinks, friendly, have comfy seating, and plenty of parking. Its a standard Starbucks inside, but with the comfy seating they’re better than some of the Starbucks locations I’ve been to.

Amazing! This Starbucks is a well oiled machine! Haven’t seem a Starbucks work this well since I worked at one, awhile back. Great service! Quick service! Even though the line was quite long I was in and out quick!

THEYLIE! Their hours of operation are suppose to be from 5am– 9pm I was there on Sunday at 6:30am March 30th and the place was a ghost town! No one was there except customers wanting to get their morning fix.

I love this Starbucks. Employees are so friendly, my drinks are always perfect! They even gave me a roll of quarters when I needed to do laundry and the bank was closed. Haha! I love when happy people make my coffee :)

Since the remodel, seating is horrendous, noise level is unbearable and electricity is available to 4 tables. The place also smells of the quick bake oven. The smell ruins the taste experience of the otherwise good coffee. I remember going into a Starbucks and breathing in the smell of coffee, now it smells like burned electricity.

They = The staff of this Starbucks. They get an incredible amount of people in the morning. They work like super efficient machines and the line shrinks faster than it grows. They are detailed oriented, never missed any portion of my order or any customization I requested for it, and it is one of the few Starbucks where I don’t have to wait for over 2 minutes for my coffee during the rush hour in the morning. Impressive.

This is the Starbucks I go to multiple times a week on my lunch break. Between noon and two this place is usually jamming and on most days it is hard to find a seat. People definitely come here to camp out for the day not just to sit for a few with their coffee and go. The service can be touch and go. Some crews are much friendlier than others but, this is still my go to Starbucks. If you are looking for a delicious afternoon snack I would definitely recommend the marshmallow dream bar!

An exceptional Starbucks, lots of variety of seating from arm chairs to tables to high tables, large and roomy, yet full of energy. Good background music that is lively not overbearing.

I have been going to this Starbucks every friday for over a year. I always get a veggie sandwhich and some girlie coffee drink(the kind with lots of cream and sugar). Although it would be cool if someone recognized me after going for OVER A YEAR, that isn’t actually my real complaint. My real complaint here is that no one is particularly friendly, sometimes its super busy and they are rushed, I totally get it. Sometimes though, I am one of maybe 2 or 3 people and they still act like its painful to give me the time of day. No courtesies here, its just«what do you want? Okay. Anything else?» maybe someone forgot to tell them about please and thank you? Its also worth mentioning that I ALWAYS get the«Veggie & Monterey Jack Artisan Breakfast Sandwich» maybe I’m the only one that ever gets that but every time I order it, be it by the full name or just«veggie sandwich» they ALWAYS look at me like I have three heads. Then I walk over to the pastry display point to its meat-y counterpart, explain that I want that but with vegetables instead of meat, they pause, then proceed to get it and throw it in the oven. Then I have the EXACTSAME conversation with the cashier. EVERYSINGLETIME. It goes sometime like this «Yes? What can I get you?» «Good morning! I would like to veggie artisan breakfast sandwhich please» «Huh?’» “Oh sorry, the breakfast sandwich? WIth veggies?” «What do you want?» «This —(points to ham sandwhich) — but with veggies» «OH! The veggie breakfast sandwhich» «Yes please!» «okay.» “Helllloooo(groan) — what did you order?” «Good Morning! I had a medium ____(coffee beverage)___ and a veggie breakfast sandwhich» «A what?» «The veggie artisan breakfast sandwhich?» «Huh?» At this point I either walk back over to the case and do the pointing thing, OR the woman who put the sandwhich in the oven comes over and goes«the veggie sandwhich»” «Oh, The veggie breakfast sandwhich» «Yes please! Thank you!» This is all a little annoying considering its been going on for a YEAR but the last straw was last week when the same scenario played out and then it ended with this: «Oh! The veggie sandwhich. Our oven is broken.» to which I replied «Oh thats okay, do you have a toaster? Can you toast anything?» to which I got «NO! The OVEN is BROKEN!» .yeah lady, I got that, apparently your listening skills have to be checked, I asked for a TOASTER. Of course, my mother taught ME to be a little more polite so I continued «Oh, so sorry about the confusion, I was asking about a toaster but no matter. Could I just have a plain bagel?» to which I got «HUN, the OVEN, its BROKEN!» apparently she thought I had the intelligence of a 2 year old, I explained to her I accepted this fact and was willing to take an untoasted bagel, I got a look of confusion and a head shake, I explained I could toast it at work if I wanted and then I got a «whatever» and a bagel thrusted at me. Now obviously none of this is really that bad and if I was on a road trip and needed to run in some place for a quick bite, I’m sure this place would be perfect, I’m just saying that I was looking for a neighborhood coffee shop with a little more of a «friendly vibe» to it. Needless to say, I’m not on a hunt for a more friendly Starbucks. I don’t need this drama every friday morning when I got to Starbucks to «treat myself» for a week of work well done. Update: I went to the Bedford Starbucks this morning, just a couple miles up the road and it was FANTASTIC! Super friendly prompt service and they actually knew what the veggie sandwich was! My advice to anyone looking for a regular coffee shop, go there instead!

Starbucks with free lot parking… the service is ok — friendly but not the fastest but who cares! It is the kind of Stahbux that you chill or do some work at so a few mins of waiting won’t make you that old! Oh did I mention they have outdoor seating?

I like this Starbucks better than many because it’s large with a nice area with a fireplace to sit. I find this one has a lot of energy so you have to be in the mood for that… sometimes there is someone singing or playing a guitar, etc. Service has been solid every time I have been.

4 stars as they have the clover. is this big news? well ive never had the opportunity to sip the $ 14000 or how ever much that thing costs. was i impressed, meh, it wasnt like megan fox in a cup, but hey, not much is! so the old head making the clover was all happy to weigh out the perfect amount of beans and let us know the history of coffee and the whole vacuum process and all that jazz neato. it did take me 12 minutes to get said cup of coffee so i cant think of a good reason to wait it out in the morning rush and whatnot, but then again, maybe you dont need to be rushing in the morning and can wait around for a 12 minute $ 14000 cup of crack
