The apartments available are clean. There are a variety of floor plans available based on number of tenants and pricing. Two well-kept pools that are available for use in the summer, along with a small but barely used fitness room year-round. Also, a good thing to know here is that the water runs on a boiler system: meaning, you will NEVER run out of hot water. The other tenants that live here are quite varied — some older folks, some middle aged with kids, and some partying college kids. But it’s a fairly quiet place, which is nice. Unless it’s game day, of course. Of the many different apartment complexes I’ve lived in Lexington, I would say this is probably one of the best. I mean, there are occasional maintenance and upkeep issues, but for the limited amount of staff and resources management is given, I’d say they do a pretty dang good job overall.
