I had to mail something via UPS overnight during a recent trip to Lexington. This location was closest to the worksite so I made a quick trip out during a lunch break. The store was not crowded. I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff who took care of me quickly as can be. Package in the mail, I had my tracking number all within a span of maybe 5 minutes tops. Fast, friendly, courteous service — that has been my experience at most UPS stores I have frequented and this one was no exception.
