Upscale Properties

Definitely not upscale. They refused to plow the parking lot only plowed a strip so cars could get in. .well suv’s. Shoveled from the door to the edge of the sidewalk. Called to tell them that the drive had been plowed in again and they said too bad. Very disappointing. Mind you no where in the lease does it say that renters are reapinsible for maintaining the grounds or shoveling the driveway, parking lot or paths. I understand the process Mom M. That’s why I didn’t call till Wednesday. I even asked them to just bring a shovel and leave it here and I would be happy to shovel the sidewalk and the end of the driveway. That offer was not accepted. Also please understand I am from a northern state and am familiar with winter weather and have been more than patient with them. I also know that the liability is on them should someone become injured on their property due to negligence. Which is why I politely called them and informed them of the situations. I have lived at other rental properties over the years and never have I seen anything like this property management company and how they handle different situations. This is just one example.
