This was my first visit to Urban Nirvana. The front desk was extremely welcoming and kind; 5 stars there. I would not recommend getting a facial though. I was never consulted with before the facial started and there was no explains ruin during the facial of what was getting ready to take place. I left with my skin feeling dirtier than when I walked in. She Also applied something at the end with a tint and left my skin looking like I did not know how to apply foundation, very streaky. I will not be returning.

I recently relocated from San Diego, CA to Columbia, SC. I had a great waxing salon in San Diego, so I was really nervous about finding a new one. At the recommendation of a co-worker, I gave Urban Nirvana a try… The service was top-notch! All the staff was so professional & friendly. I have found my new waxing salon! I would highly recommend them for your waxing services!
