It’s funny, I read two reviews about this Walgreens being horrible and customers receiving bad service, so I was hesitant to call and make this particular store my «permanent» Walgreens. I had previously used the Hamburg Walgreens. I had an issue with my dr office sending the prescription to the wrong Walgreens since I had moved. I first called the Hamburg Walgreens and the man was extremely rude. He acted as if my questions were stupid and couldn’t wait to get off the phone. He didn’t even say goodbye. I then proceeded to call the Harrodsburg rd Walgreens and they weren’t as bad, but I was surprised at the rudeness of this lady also. I thought, What in the world is going on today? So I dreadfully contacted this store. And guess what ?? I talked to a lady that answered every single question, went out of her way to help me and make sure I got my prescription before work. Her name was SANDY and she was very sweet! This is my new Walgreens !
