I never even got to see her. I scheduled an appointment days in advance, even though she wasn’t very friendly. The night before my appointment, she text at 6:45 to confirm my appointment, only to turn around at 10:45 to cancel because school was canceled the next day. She never even offered to reschedule. When I asked to see if I could, she said there was no other time unless she could get her sister over there, whatever that means. Never offered a different day. She couldn’t have been less concerned. She may be good at what she does, but her professionalism could use a little work.

Shawna is wonderful!!! I like that she uses both hard and soft wax, she does a fantastic job and she’s super sweet and fun to chat with. Great waxing experience.

Shawna does an exceptional job. This was my first time and I can say I will definitely be back. Considering how awkward it is she makes you feel incredibly comfortable. The whole salon is clean and she was very professional. Being a nurse I’m big on a clean facility, clean instruments, proper technique, and overal hygiene and I was very impressed.

Shawna does a really exceptional job — she definitely knows what she’s doing. My experience at Shawna Victoria was as comfortable, quick, clean, and affordable as a wax can be. The staff is casual yet warm, perfectly professional, the location is easy to find, and the salon is so cute!

I have been to many waxing professionals in a variety of places throughout the country. I must say that Shawna is completely professional and makes the experience of waxing ‘down there’ quick and easy as can be. She is very sweet and welcoming. The room and table are comfortable and calming. I would recommend her to anyone, especially if you are uncomfortable with the idea of grooming ‘down there.’ Her prices are very competitive and for students, she offers a discount. If you’re looking for an esthetician, please visit Shawna.

Shawna is very sweet and her demeanor is very calming. Her place is pleasant, relaxing and very clean. This was the best experience I’ve ever had with an esthetician. I highly recommend her — I will never go to anyone else when I am in Lexington.
