Terrible post sale service! I purchased a Fissler pressure cooker on February 7, 2015 at the Louisville W&S but it was out of store stock so they offered to have one delivery to my home by the first week in March.
Well the adventure in screwing up starts rapidly today. First delivery on website changed from Today, March 2 to March 26 with no email or reason. So I chatted to inquire to why this has occurred and was so rudely treated I had to pass the chat to higher ups at W&S. After this was passed on I find out, late tonight, I could have had one sent from another W&S weeks ago!!! Now before this can happen I have to call a W&S in Michigan to get it sent to me since it is stock there, I live in Indiana. Not kidding this was the escalation expert advice. Lastly, I have been charge $ 299.60 twice with a refund only once. They say another refund was given 3 days ago which is a mystery to my bank but you never know with the service I’m getting. Really a huge hassle for a supposed high end store. Plus I’ve made two more calls to my bank.
Almost forgot I tried to call customer support at 6 pm and found the correct option is 3 with previous order and I get a vm, but surprise the vm is full. I then called back and do a new order just to check phone system, and instead operator answer on first ring. So new sales matter, previous unresolved sale, we don’t care about you. She was nice and very embarrassed but could not help situation other than give me directions to escalate chat issue.
Wow, 2015 lots of buying options and this is W&S service. Not a good sign for them.

I came in looking to get my mother something for mothers day like most people in the mall at this point. The lady’s with William-​Sonoma took great care! I walked in not knowing what I wanted and I had something picked out in no time. They even gift wrap it, and gave me a nice bag to put it in. No extra cost and you could tell everyone there enjoyed working here. Very nice company and I can see the value in the service they provide.
