DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY. Ordered 2 burger’s, salad and apple bites for delivery, $ 40. Burger’s were dry and tastless, microwaved. Hockey pucks would have been preferable. Salad was pathetic, brown and wilted. Apple bites were apple shaped wedge’s of dough cooked in grease that was long overdue to be changed. Oh, and if there was any apple in them I’m mother Theresa. Fries were limp but the best part of the meal. From other reviews customer service is non existent. I wouldn’t recommend them to my worst enemy. I’ve had better MRE’s.

They have the best chicken wings ever. I would have given this place 5 stars, but had written areas that needed work.

Used online ordering and it is a little confusing and I am a software consultant. Chose 10 wing basket and ordered 2 flavors, I thought but after only receiving a single flavor I realized you need to order 5 for each. Maybe my fault but still not obvious. I also added an order of fried pickles at the end, which did not make the order somehow. Also no link from the local store menu to order online option.
My food was just acceptable, I have fixed better at home, Thai chili original wings. Wife had Cool Ranch boneless and they were not eatable. Merely chicken nuggets with a heaping of dry ranch powder that was 80% salt. Terrible. Also when I arrived to pickup I asked about the pickles and they said I did not include in the order. They offered to make some for me (nice) but I could not wait and then 2 of them said they are not any good anyway. Really? How do you mess fried pickles up. Dredge and fry? So I was really worried about the wings. Probably not go again but I might give them a chance. Also onion rings obviously frozen.

Well we waited a month since our last order, which was not a good experience. This time around thou WOW from the time we placed order online and received it was less than 30 minutes and the food was very hot. Thanks it was very pleasant dinner.

Placed a large order for work. I checked the order before the delivery person left because we’d had problems with accuracy before. My portion of the order was completely wrong and, since they were late delivering, I couldn’t wait around for a replacement. I sent the food back (it was not a tricky order, BTW. It was standard wings with no modifications). I had already paid so I called the store to ask for a refund. After surviving the gauntlet of employees who protect the owner, I spoke to a rude, tactless, difficult man who claimed to be the owner. He kept telling me he was NOT refunding me money. I was stunned! After arguing for a few minutes, I said, «How can you NOT refund the money for something I sent back???» He said, «Oh, you sent it back?». I confirmed that I did and that I had already told him that! Finally, he did make the refund but it was way too much trouble. We don’t order from here anymore. There are LOTS of places that deliver wings.

Great food and great service! Ordered online for my order to be delivered at 4:30 and my food was at my door at 4:30. Delivery driver was very nice

So glad I don’t live on this side of town and have to order from this store! But I was at a friends house hanging out letting our kids play and she decided to ordered some food and we decided on WZ. We ordered wings for us and chicken tenders for the boys. She said she only lived like 4 – 5 miles from the place so it shouldn’t take that long… So a hour and 45 min later we were still waiting… She called the store and they said they were sorry but the order got deleted somehow and they didn’t know what we ordered. So instead of calling us back they waited for us to call and complain to re take our order that we had already paid for. So we order it again and they promised it would get there quickly. 1 hour and 15 min later they show up. We sign the ticket and give the dude a tip and take the food. We get the boys and sit down at the table half starved by now and get ready to eat! So we thought… The food was absolutely FREEZING to the touch. We had to put the food in the stove for another 30 min to heat it up. By then we had just fed the kids something else and just «snacked» on the food they brought… So a couple days later she calls me and was pissed! They actually charged her twice. I don’t see how because we only signed one ticket on the delivery but she sent me a screen shot of her bank page and I be damn there was two charges. She called corporate office and told them what happened and they just pretty much said sorry. that’s it… She had to threaten to press charges for fraud before they decided to take care of it and refund one of the purchases. Not both just one… So like I said thank god I don’t have to use this store!!!

Just picked up take out wings, had to wait in parking lot 5 minutes while I waited on employees to finish a food or wet paper towel fight, I couldn’t tell but I didn’t want to interrupt, so I stood in front of front door and waited, also order was completely wrong after I asked specifically to double check it, girl didn’t care and wasn’t competent at the register, didn’t even want to deal with going back, will not order again

So bad it’s disturbing. Gave them a second chance after 6 months today. Took two hours to get my food and everything was microwaved. Pure laziness. Not to mention it was hard to distinguish the two different wing flavors, they both tasted like cardboard. Never again. Disgusting

I’ve ordered from WZ on a few occasions via their website. On July 30^th I placed a $ 40 order online for a small group of friends. I live 3 miles from their store. After 1.5hrs and no food I call the local store. They tell me its on the vehicle out for deliver. 1hr 45min later still no delivery. I call the CORPORATE office and they start taking a _​survey_​and follow up with ‘im sorry you had a bad experience’. At this point theyve stolen $ 40 from me and never delivered food and the corporate office doesnt give a shit about this. Finally after 2hrs the food arrives with no believable excuse about being backed up in the kitchen. The following monday I call the corporate office and raise hell and to this day they have STILL NOT reimbursed me or sent me any make-​up coupons. SCREW these jerks. Take your business elsewhere!

If you are looking for a spot to get your chicken wings (and burgers too) fix on in Lexington this is the place to go.
The menu has a great deal of sauce varieties. Mild, Medium, and Nuclear, for starters, then moving to Parmesan Garlic, Thai, and Lemon Pepper, to name a few. Turns out if you order lots you can even mix and match these varieties.
They deliver in a limited area.
