Your IT Department

I found Your IT Dept through Unilocal when my fav laptop physically crashed to the ground. Fortunately it’s a Toshiba and solid as a rock, but the screen wouldn’t turn on, and the directions for tearing it down to test it were just too complicated. (Turned out I needed a new LED screen entirely; the last step in the testing process. So glad I didn’t attempt the repair on my own!)
They had it done in no time for cheap, plus cleaned out the entire laptop (tore it down, wiped out the keyboard, etc) for no extra. Runs better now than it did before. And their ideas for the future of their company are innovative; I’m excited they’re in the area and do local repairs (and sell nicely refurbished, all-​legal computers and peripherals), as well as work the larger companies in Charlottesville, Lynchburg, etc. They give you a card, stay in touch through email or phone, and work fast. Worth the visit and a bookmark imo, esp for what they WANT to do with wireless in the future. I got some GREAT ideas from them to save money and get faster internet. Nothing but love for these guys; they clearly love their work and the community, and tell it to you straight. No punches pulled, and very professional.
