ALWAYS something wrong with drive thru order. Never fails to disappoint. How much time does it really save by having two lanes for drive thru? They always repeat the order @ the window a 2nd time to make sure they have the right order to the right car. Seems to me it’s a waste or a wash when it comes to the time it takes to get thru a two lane drive thru.

I avoid drive thru like the plague, there was always an issue with my order so I just started going inside and ordering to go. Even the evening drive thru staff seem like they really don’t care. I’ve had better luck going inside however.

This was my first fastfood order that was completely correct since I moved here(no joke). I didn’t catch the cashier’s name who took my order(KS #13 at store #2864) but she was incredibly pleasant, efficient, and left me leaving the drive through with a smile. I will go back because of her and I only gave this location 4 stars because make sure you check your order on your way… it is a «fast» food place afterall. The drive though can get pretty hectic but when there is a good team on duty it moves pretty quickly. Good job guys!

Filet of fish was good, way better looking than my last one in NY, that one has issues and looked sickly! Today’s fish was nice and bun didn’t look like it was in a car wreck. The fries however seemed like they had been sitting under a lamp for a few min which puzzled me since they were packed due to lunch rush… I then got small fries after cuz I was still a bit hungry and those were better, def warmer than the first, I guess they set aside diff sizes and the mediums just weren’t being ordered? That’s my hypothesis :) I was going to return them but didn’t feel like getting back up, next time I will.
