Holly and Randy are great, the work is fast and reliable, the charges very reasonable. I have used this company for several years and will not go elsewhere. Sometimes parts are a problem, but service is top notch.
This company blows away Office Max, Office Depot, Best Buy, etc.

Called them on Friday to ask about getting an iPad 2 screen replaced. They did not have it in stock but said they could order it and get in Monday, so we made an appointment for Tuesday morning. I showed up Tuesday morning, and Holly told me someone had come in Monday and they used the screen for that repair but could have another one Wednesday.
As Holly and I discussed on Friday, we made the appointment for Tuesday because she said they could have the repair done the same day. I drove 27 miles only to be told they would not honor their commitment. They should have ordered another screen after using the one they ordered for my iPad. I cannot recommend this business.

I stopped in on my lunch break. My iPhone 4S screen wouldn’t turn on, and Holly took it apart and tightened everything, free of charge! She even gave me a spare mini screwdriver in case i need to open it again. I will definitely be back next time my phone gets screwy :)
