Holly is the very best trainer I’ve ever worked with. I have several serious health issues, but she has tailored a workout plan that takes my condition into consideration. And I have seen results from working out with Holly– even more than I had when I was an employee in a gym and worked out all day. Holly really listens to what you say, and listens to your body– which is so very important. If you’re lucky enough to book an appointment with her, expect for her do a thorough assessment during the first appointment, and for her to do research on how to best design a program that works for you. Holly’s professional acumen aside, Holly is one of the most caring people I’ve ever known and getting to spend an hour with her every week is one of the high points of my week. I highly recommend Holly!

In my opinion, Holly is the best trainer in the business. She is a coach that is loving yet motivating and she cares deeply about the success of each individual client. I have been working with Holly for almost one year now and have never regretted it! At first, I didn’t think I needed a personal trainer, only that I needed to do something about my weight! After that first«evaluation,» I decided to sign up for a couple sessions and now, I’m going twice a week! I love that Holly listens if you are struggling with something(food choices, body image, etc.), and helps you to get back on track! She motivates you to want more! I would recommend her to anyone!
