Nice clean rooms with small refrigerator and microwave and reminiscent of a log cabin style rooms with wood plank interiors. Competitive pricing for the area and conveniently located to town and highways. Friendly accommodating owner. Thank you.

A very lovely family owns this place, the awkward part is they live right next door, but that’s also nice if you need things. Our family has purchased a home in the area and since we’ve been renovating it, getting a hotel for the night was a requirement. And it had to be affordable. As my mom and I learned, hotels in Sullivan County are pricy, but this place is doable for two room for a few nights.
The motel has the usuals: tv, bed, mini-​fridge,. My only complaint? Something about the motel is odorful. I don’t know if it’s my stepbrother or not, but I could smell the mildew.
But granted, I have to say I got a really good night’s sleep while I was there.

Ok, so there were no reviews of this motel on Unilocal (though we found some other pretty good reviews online)…which leads me to having to say they were wrong.
On the bright side, the owner was very friendly & nice. Its a mom & pop kind of place that we usually love.
No here’s the downer, it was not at all clean. I always check under the mattresses for any kind of evidence of unwanted friends… thankful to say this place had none. BUT, it looked like it had not been dusted or vacuumed in a long, long time. Seems like they were just changing the sheets & cleaning the toilet after each guest.
I’m disappointed to leave this review… we are not picky people on décor or anything like that. And like I said, the owner was so sweet. Don’t think we’ll be back :(
