I’ve always gotten beautiful flower/plant arrangements from D’Agee. The staff has always been friendly. Sorry to see one bad apple taint this store… that bad apple is gone now.

Horrible customer service! I will never go there again and told my husband if he ever buys flowers from there I will set them on fire and throw them away! Ordered a corsage for the school’s father daughter dance. I requested white flowers with mint green ribbon. Once I got the corsage in the daylight I realized the ribbon was an odd color of green and would clash with my daughter’s dress. I went back in apologized for the inconvenience and asked for the ribbon color to be changed. The employee seemed very put off by my request, took the corsage then huffed off to the back where she continued to huff loudly as she changed the ribbon. When she brought the corsage back I thanked her for the change, she handed me the corsage and turned around without saying a word. The corsage was ok but hardly worth the $ 38 dollars or the aggravation.

Ok, generally receiving flowers should not be an irritating and mildly creepy experience. Generally. Maybe someone should let D’agee know that, though, because these folks have some serious issues when it comes to flower delivery. My boss wanted to send me some flowers after I completed a huge project, so she asked my husband to recommend a good local florist. He usually goes with a national company, but did some online research and noted that D’agee had good reviews and was pretty close by. Well, apparently not close enough(15 mins away), as when my boss called, she was originally told that we were out of their delivery area. Odd, but whatever, they took the order anyway. They weren’t able to deliver on the day she specified(Friday), but said that they could deliver the next day. Saturday I’m out with my husband and receive 2 missed calls(but no message) from a number I don’t recognize. Weird, but whatever. As my cell phone is my ONLY phone, I do screen my calls, and figure if it’s important, someone will leave a message. Flash forward to Monday. I get two more calls from another number I don’t recognize, but the second time they actually leave a message. It’s D’agee, wanting to know when I’ll be home to accept a delivery. I call them back, tell them when I’m available, and wait. So, hours later, I’m in a meeting, and receive 3MORE calls from the number that called me Saturday. WTF? Finally, on the third call, they actually leave a message — it’s the delivery guy, wanting to know why I’m not home. He’s at the wrong apartment. SIGH. Delivery guy ends up leaving the flowers at the wrong apartment, and my neighbors give them to me later. So, I call D’agee and let them know that I did in fact receive the delivery. The woman, who was very nice, was glad to hear from me, and said«Oh, you’re the one we’ve been trying to reach for a couple of days!» Well. Maybe next time someone should actually leave me a freaking message instead of practically phone stalking me. I mean seriously, calling that many times and not leaving a message is just DUMB, and honestly, strange. Voicemail exists for a reason. I’d only give this place one star, if it wasn’t for the fact that the two people I actually spoke with were nice. But really, they don’t seem to know how to run a business(or at least the delivery side of things), and I’ll be putting in my flower orders elsewhere.

D’agee’s is incredible! It was my grandma’s birthday and I wanted to have flowers delivered to her home. My grandma is really particular about her flowers and she has been in lots of competitions with her lawn and flowers, so I was kinda nervous about getting her flowers in the first place. I googled for florists and D’Agee had good reviews and was the only place out of three places that would deliver my grandmother her flowers that day. My grandma called me about an hour later and told me she had been out and asked me how the flowers got upstairs on her table!!! lol After digging, we found out that what ended up happening is that the flower delivery person, after discovering no one was at home ran into the mailman who told him that the guy down the street was grandma’s houseboy. The delivery person actually took the flowers down to the houseboy who then took it upon himself to take the flowers to grandma’s and place them on her table!!! lol All in a day’s work! This place is wonderful and I highly recommend it!
