Celine Custom Jewelers

I had been looking for an engagement ring for a few months and had been to about five other stores, two of which I was seriously considering, when I happened to walk by Celine’s. It looked nice but the word Custom in the title made me think expensive. I met with Celine twice to discuss what styles I did and did not like, what I could afford, etc., before I decided to purchase a ring. I received exactly what I wanted and expected– the design we agreed upon, a slightly larger diamond than I had originally planned, and she kept it about 15% under my maximum budget.
PROS: Not pushy, came in under budget, beautiful craftsmanship, quick turnaround (about 3 weeks)
CONS: I’m not sure that I would have bought my ring here if this were the first or second store I went to because it didn’t create much of a learning environment. The meetings were geared more toward crafting a ring as opposed to exploring the options at my disposal. It seems like the store does more business with people who purchase jewelry more often than I
Rating note: I am one of those Type A, perfectionists who almost never gives five stars but I rounded up on this one because I think the other one star review is so non-​representative of my experience at this store. This is a solid 4.5 star shop.

Great Quality, Great Service, and Great Design! We love Celine Jewelers and we love Wanda!
My Fiancé bought my engagement ring here and we are now buying our wedding bands here as well.

Poor, condescending service. With plenty of competition on the same block, Celine’s shop may not be around all that long.
