Wow — things have changed at Einstein. We went in for lunch, and we were not impressed. No more soup. No real flavor. Plain Jane place with no personality, and minimal customer service. Not the friendly outgoing staff they used to have. The prices seemed a little higher too. 10 bucks for a little bagel sandwich and a Coke? No sides included. Really??? Many nicer places to have lunch. Not going back until I forget about this truly mundane lunch experience…

Although I love the bagels, this specific location on Rte 137 has HORRIBLE customer service. The employees are rude and treat customers with attitude both on the phone and in person. At first I thought «This person must be having a bad day. or maybe it’s just this ONE employee.» But nope. I’ve come often and encountered several different employees who treat the customers with attitude and contempt. It’s a shame, because this location is convenient and the bagels are delicious but I think it’s time I stop coming here and giving them my money.

Had a taste for a bagel with cream cheese so stopped in here. The cashier was alone but very nice. The honey almond cream cheese was good. Ordered Ice Tea but didn’t taste that great. The place was clean didn’t see dirty tables. Will be back in when I need a bagel.

This review is specifically customer service based because the bagels are great. It’s currently 9:40 on a Monday and the gentleman, who’s name tag read «Brian» was one of the angriest, most disrespectful cashiers I have ever encountered. He cut me off while I was speaking, and my son later told me he shook his head at me after I walked away. I understand it’s busy on a Monday but leave the grumpy’s at the door and practice the old saying, «service with a smile» :)
The service really took away from a place that has such good bagels. In the future I will go to a different location.

5am first bagel of the day. Bagels are made fresh threw out the day, I get the everything bagel with plan cream cheese. There cream cheese it whipped so it’s lighter than reg cream cheese. Very good and large selection

I love lox & bagels and Einstein Bros produces as good of a product as anybody out there…
I’d like to load up this review to sound as delicious as the loaded up everything bagel with cream cheese, red onion, sliced tomato, capers, and lox they prepared for me (and I ate it all down with satisfaction), but I know whatever I write will just sound redundant… So for the nameless individuals at this Einstein Bros location, who were taking orders, working the register, preparing and handing the food over (and iced coffee too), they’ve all made my morning today…
I’ll be back for more for sure…
