Awesome! This is the only program I’ve ever stuck with for more than a month. Since you can attend as many classes as you’d like each week, you can build up your strength and endurance at your own pace. I started at 2 days per week and now I’m at 4 days per week. It’s addicting! And Angie is so great! She sneaks butt-busting workouts in without you even knowing it… until the end of class. If you’re looking for something new and different that challenges and supports you, this is it!

If you have trouble staying motivated and get bored on the treadmill or elliptical machine and want FASTER results, then this bootcamp is for you. We have fun at every session, were always doing something different and time flies in class so you dont look at the clock wishing you were almost done. You build muscle, tone your body and lose fat. You burn more calories in each session than you would with a run(easily). Come join us, I am hooked! I also love the flexibility of being able to go after work on various days!

Fun! Every workout is different, intense, and yet fun! Within my first month, I lost several inches and got so much stronger. Angie works with us to give us different levels of intensity for each exercise since we all are at different levels. It’s at a great location. And where else can you get a personal trainer to give you a great workout for so cheap?
