Roxanne provides excellent customer service and our entire family used her when we were in Libertyville. She puts the customer first and it’s like going back in a time machine when you used to get great customer service (cup of coffee, staff call you Mr./Mrs., etc.). My wife has been happy with the work she’s done and she’s always patient and kind with our kids. We used her for 3 years and are relocating overseas for a few years. She’s not only great at what she does but she’s a wonderful person. I can’t recommend her enough! The scalp massage she gives will melt your stress away and put you to sleep!
