The new Verizon store in Granville is the worst retail experience I have ever had. Not enough staff, untrained stuff and just low IQ employees over all. What a waste of a great new retail space. Been there twice and both times ended up having to go to the Easton store. Stay away from this place unless you want to wait forever and then have some dimwit not be able to help you. Not sure why this place even exists.
