I had a eye examination here a few months ago, and to receive a copy of my new prescription, I was charged a additional $ 25. When I ordered new glasses at a popular eye facility, the new prescription was not correct, and they suggested I return to Dr. Loeffler to have the new prescription rechecked. When I called to make a appointment, I was told by the receptionist that I would have to pay for a completely new eye exam, and pay for a new prescription!
This office is a total ripoff and I would advise anyone to avoid if at all possible!
FOLLOW UP: It was not 6 months, and at the time the intern checked my vision, he was distracted and did not even check the close-​up reading. Glad to see you at least keep a close eye on the reviews you receive. And isn’t it thoughtful that after paying for a eye exam, one is charged an additional $ 25 for a written prescription. I guess that is punishment for not purchasing eyeglasses at your facility !!
