It was my first time here today. I tried chocolate chip cookie dough, so good! Quality ice cream for sure!

Cute little ice cream parlor that had such unique and delicious flavors. The ice cream is creamy and decadent. The chocolate peanut butter was the best I have had anywhere. Feel free to taste the flavors, although it’ll make it harder to decide what to get.

We stopped in for some ice cream on a Tuesday evening while vacationing in the area. The owner Georgia, was so helpful and gave us lots of great input on the various flavors and options. There were 4 of us there and we chose everything from a single scoop to a specialty cone to a Sunday to a banana split. The ice cream was absolutely delicious and we had a very fun visit. This is a great ice cream parlor.

They have a great variety of unique and classic ice cream flavors. When I went I was given a generous portion. I loved the Mayan hot chocolate ice cream and thought the staff was accommodating. They have more than ice cream for those interested but I didn’t explore those options. The atmosphere is cute and sweet!

I never cared much for ice cream growing up… sure, it was fine, but I always would prefer another type of dessert to it. That is, until about a year and a half ago, which is around the time when I started visiting Frosty Point. They’ve made me into a believer! Anytime I would have ice cream, I’d be boring and stick with plain ol’ vanilla… or cookie dough if I was feeling adventurous. Funny how your tastes change. I really never liked chocolate ice cream, but thought I’d try their German Chocolate since it sounded interesting. It’s a coconut-chocolate ice cream base, with a swirl of caramel and pecans in it. It really doesn’t sound at all what I’d go for, but they were generous with the samples, and I gave it a go. Oh man… this is some heavenly ice cream. I DEVOURED that little bowl. I always try other flavors, but end up coming back to this one. The one time they had run out(it’s a popular option for sure), I was so sad! Of course, the rest of their flavors are quite good as well. I’ve brought my parents here, and they both are obsessed with their black cherry ice cream. When you walk in here, it smells like freshly-baked waffles… because they’ve most likely just made them. I’ve managed to resist the aroma so far, but my willpower is getting weaker. They have several cone options along with cups. I make myself feel slightly more healthy by only ever ordering the small cup… but let’s be real, this is not froyo. This is good, old-fashioned, full-fat ice cream… and it’s worth every delicious calorie. Every employee I’ve encountered has been nothing but friendly and welcoming. One lady even recognizes me now. That makes me a regular, right? It may or may not have to do with the fact that on more than one occasion, I’ve had a long enough day that I’ve ventured here for ice cream in lieu of dinner. You’d be surprised how much your day improves when you do that. Combine that with their fun music selection(50s and 60s, which you can’t even hear on the regular radio anymore since Magic 102.7 decided the 80s were now considered«oldies»), and I find myself feeling rather happy when I’m here. Having grown up in Lighthouse Point, I’ve always been eager to support local businesses here, since it’s such a quiet area and doesn’t see much in the way of variety when it comes to places to eat. In fact, this shopping plaza doesn’t have much luck with keeping businesses around, and I’m guessing visibility(or lack thereof) is part of the problem. Hopefully Frosty Point proves to be an exception to that rule, because it’s definitely one of my favorite spots now!

What makes a place like this is the staff. Sure everyone loves ice cream and all, but let’s face it, you can get ice cream anywhere. I walked into the immaculately clean place and were immediately greeted by two of the nicest ladies. We felt welcomed and appreciated and the ice cream sundae was delicious. Great place, cute décor and a friendly vibe.

This place was fantastic! They have over 40 flavors of decadent ice cream to choose from a long with homemade waffle cones/bowls. They also have shakes and sundae options but we just stuck to scoops of ice cream. They have a seasonal pumpkin ice cream that is the best I have ever tried. The staff was very friendly and gave us samples of several flavors while we tried to narrow down what we wanted. If you’re looking for a local ice cream shop while in or near Pompano Beach, I highly recommend this little gem.

Was greeted by a Very rude and Nasty employee. No wonder the place had no customers. I won’t be surprised if it shuts down soon. I am positive there are nicer people working at Dairy Queen.

Everything would have been fine if the lady working there wasn’t so rude. I would have looked passed the fact the ice cream tasted freezer burnt or the fact that three ice cream cones came out to over $ 12. I asked politely if we were allowed to taste a flavor before buying and she acted as though that was such a terrible request. Even though the little tasting spoons were sitting right there on the counter. No smile, no thank you for coming, no have a nice day. We got nothing but scowls, dirty looks and rude responses to every question we asked. Which was about 3 questions total. She was so unpleasant that my 10 year old daughter even noticed. Nothing was nostalgic about the ambiance either. It was a regular ice cream shop. The only cute thing was the mini carousel in the back. Maybe the ice cream would have been good if not for the freezer burnt taste but who knows. I won’t be returning and I’ll be telling people they may want to consider another establishment before considering going here.

I can’t imagine a negative review on this place. It sells ice cream, in so many flavors and so many serving choices. The lady was super nice and the ice cream was loaded with scoops. Loved it

The ice cream itself was delicious. The girl working was very rude. She doesn’t belong in customer service. We asked what the difference between the waffle ice cream sandwich and the waffle cookie and she just said we don’t have it without explanation. Two ppl outside over heard us and experienced the same exact unpleasant service. They took a business card. We will go back bc it was delicious but hopefully that same worker isn’t there.

Excellent quality ice cream made from local dairy farmers if I’m not mistaken. The flavors rotate often and I haven’t had a bad one yet. Hopefully, they will be a part of our community for a long long time! Mexican chocolate is definitely a favorite.

Great little old fashioned neighborhood ice cream shop. I had spotted it a few weeks back when I was at Bonefish Mac for the first time as it is located in the same plaza behind CVS. What a wonderful treat. Family owned which I love as the customer service is personal and they easily make you feel like a part of their family. I took my best friend and her little 6 year old daughter here tonight for delicious hot fudge sundaes! It was a treat for her for being so good while being treated for lice Lol. Nothing makes a bad day better than ice cream!

They had a good selection of ice cream & also sorbets. I went with the ‘elephant ears’ flavor and it was good. Also, the lady who helped us out had a great attitude

The ice cream at the frosty point is delicious! The best part though is the friendly service! You are greeted like one of the family. It’s truly like an old fashioned neighborhood ice cream shop. There are tons of flavors to choose from and the prices are reasonable. We will drive out of our way to go to frosty point.

Cute small independent ice cream place you want to support as a local business. It’s very clean, well lit with a ton of flavors. The butterscotch BOMB and snickelicious are excellent. Shakes are solid. It’s a good place to go vs cold stone or other chains. Really good flavors. Give it a shot.

Get ready to travel back in time. If you are looking for the real deal, this is it. Tucked away in the same shopping center as Bonefish Mac’s, this privately owned ice cream shop offers REAL ice cream. It’s the kind of treat I haven’t experienced since I was a kid in the 1970’s– that kind of place you could not wait to get back to on hot summer days down at the shore. I tried something called«Butterscotch Bomb” — wow! Try it when there, as they give out free tastes.
