Pet Haven

I took two of my dogs here for the first time yesterday and saw once I got home that they had many little cuts throughout their body.
When I went to pick up my dogs they make you pay first before they bring out your dogs, so you have no time to inspect them. When I saw the dogs I noticed they had a nice haircut but when we got home they were acting extremely unusual. After trying to figure out what was wrong I saw that they both had small a cuts thorough out their body, which explained their behavior because they were feeling uncomfortable.
One of my dogs has an ulcer in her right eye which I instructed them to be extra cautious and wrote in the paper which eye had the ulcer and now dog is in terrible pain and I have to give her a small pain killer because she cries when I clean it, yes and ulcer I clean daily and take care of it but when I took her in her eye was not like that.
I recommend do not take your dogs here, they will come back with cuts.

After several bad experiences at Pet Playground I decided to bring my pup to Pet Haven. We had a wonderful experience, the staff was very friendly and professional, and they did a wonderful dog with my dog’s cut, his hair was cut evenly and very well done, and he came back Flea free. I recommended Pet Haven to my mom who has a Poodle mix who requires fancier cuts and they also did a wonderful professional cut on her and styled as per my mom’s request, she looked adorable. I am very happy with their service and will continue to bring my pup here for his grooming.

Love this place! Everyone is very helpful and nice! You can even see them grooming the dogs from the check in desk!

1^st time customer to Pet Haven and last unfortunately. Recommended by a friend, however not a comfortable feeling leaving my lil guy due to the mediocore check in. In summary picked my pup up after 4 hrs and it seemed as though his ears were the only part, which were trimmed. Thanks but NO thanks!

Cat groomers are rare, good cat groomers are extremely rare! My 14 yr old cat does well here and the staff is super friendly and patient! I was so lucky to find them!!!

This is the best groomer I’ve ever taken my dogs & cats to. The prices are very reasonable for the high level of service. I wouldn’t take my babies anywhere else.

I have been taking my dogs to Pet Haven since the ’90’s. They do a wonderful job and are very attentive to your dog’s needs. I have tried other groomers but Nicky always looks the best when groomed here. He gets so many compliments! Love them!

I have a dog with special needs. No other groomer would take the time to listen and Pet Haven did! My Shitzu now has a groomer that will look after his ears the way he needs them cared for. They did a really great job and made me feel comfortable. Another time my dog needed attention immediately and they were right there and took care of the issue. This establishment let’s you watch while your dog is groomed, is very clean and they are extremely cooperative in making my dogs service a great experience. Now if you could just move that tree lol!!! :D

We have a small apricot poodle and have been taking her there since she was a puppy. It is far from us but we love it. We have tried other groomers closer to home, but we keep going back to Pet Haven because they are the best. Wanda looks like she could walk the runway every time we pick her up. Wendy the owner really takes pride in her work.
