Takeout review. Super pricey. They charge $ 13 for the smallest Philadelphia roll I’ve ever seen. And I didn’t get it, but $ 14 for a bowl of phở? Absurd. The higher prices might be because they’re in the small town of Ligonier. It’s interesting that they serve Japanese, Thai, and that one Viet dish. They also sell little souvenirs by the door.

We read the other reviews and found this to be a great find for something other than the standard bar fare of Western PA. Service was fast and friendly, the food was delicious. My children devoured the sushi and my husband enjoyed his yellow curry even if it was a bit on the mild side. The prices are a bit high for the area but completely reasonable for sushi. You get what you pay for. I would definitely eat here again.

Very small portions for lunch. Ordered noodles and soup for $ 13.70 not including tip. Pricey for your below average Chinese. Received food and never saw waitress again. I guess the fact that I was the only patron in the place should have been an indication that something was wrong.

This place is really cool. The décor seems to be a mix of Italian and Asian, and the food is really good. I think I could eat twenty of their dumplings if my friends didn’t protest. The Thai fried rice is excellent: it has tomatoes and oregano in it, which makes for a very tangy, but no necessarily hot, taste. One thing I was really impressed by was the quality of their chicken: the pieces are very plump and juicy, so if you get anything with chicken in it, you should love it. The service was good, and the staff doesn’t try to rush you. Correct me if I’m wrong, but I remember it being BYOB. Ligonier has a wide selection of bistros and whatnot, but the First Wok is a nice alternative if you want something reasonable. The food is authentic, and its Thai influences give every dish a good kick. If you’re in Greensburg or North Huntington, take a nice drive out Route 30 and stop in for a good meal.
