We just had these guys come out and tent our home in Kalaheo. They did a really good job!!! They arrived on time and finished when they said they would. The office staff was very friendly and helpful during the entire process. Paka, the field person we dealt with was responsive and helpful.

So why review a termite extermination company?! Because they have provided GREAT service and have solved an annoying bug problem for not only my home, but my mother’s as well! I thought the only way to get rid of termites was to tent a house — but not so — Aloha Termite has been staking out my mom’s house for termites — using externally planted «traps» and it has totally gotten rid of her termites over the last few years. I don’t have termite problems — but the ants were getting ready to lift my house up and move it off the property — I spoke to Gerald — one of the technicians and he told me that more people have them come out to treat for ants than they do for termites on Kauai. Gerald came out — checked out our problem and gave us an estimate — I didn’t want to spray toxic chemicals indoors and Gerald said they had a natural oil concoction that they used indoors — it has done the trick! Gerald said my ant problem was pretty severe — and the type of ants we have are not easy to get rid of — but after the first treatment — GONE! We have the house and grounds treated every two months — Gerald is great — he knows his bugs! He identified a type of beetle that is eating a piece of my furniture — Aloha Termite has a vault that they can «bomb» your furniture if need be. Thank you Gerald and the very helpful and friendly staff at Aloha Termite — they have given stellar service every time I call or when Gerald comes to our house! Mahalo for getting rid of a pesky problem!
