I was on my honeymoon(8÷3÷15) and needed a fresh cut. I called and they were available to help me out. They greeted me as I walked in an had a seat waiting for me. They worked swiftly and efficiently. My wife was happy with the hair cut so that automatically means I enjoyed it lol. If you’re in town and need a cut, this is the place to come.

This place is fantastic. The barber is very friendly and does a good job. This shop has been here since the 1960’s and the barber who cut my hair went to barber school in the 1950’s. It took me back to a simpler time. I highly recommend.

I’m on my way back to the main land today, and we get in late so I needed my hair cut high and tight before I walk in to work tomorrow morning. Per usual, I enlisted my fellow Unilocalers to help me find a good barber in the area, and you guys did not disappoint! I went about 9:30 a.m. on a Wednesday, and it wasn’t too busy. A little boy was getting his hair cut, and another teenager was getting his hair cut by Randy. A very nice older gentleman cut my hair, and he and I were able to decide on a good cut straight away. He was quick and efficient, but did not rush things. I don’t think you can beat this $ 12 haircut. Be sure to tip generously as you’ll see that you’re getting a great deal.

Neat place! Old school, professional, & quick. We didn’t have an appointment on Tuesday afternoon. Walked right in and it got really busy right after. $ 10 for kids. Great price.

I look at it this way… I could go to(Notso)Supercuts and get a substandard cut for 20+ dollars, or get a perfect high and tight cut for $ 12 from Ikeda’s EVERYSINGLETIME! These guys are barbers, not hair stylists. If you want the latest Justin Dweeber or Jonas Boogers hairdo, go to Aunty Fifi’s Poofy Hair Style Salon. But if you want a man’s cut, come here. AND… If you need a little more attention to detail, book some time with Randy for $ 18… You won’t regret it!!! It’s first come, first served(unless you book with Randy). Sometimes it can get crowded and the wait is about 15 minutes, but I’ve gone there at times and got a seat right away.

After six sunny days in Kauai, today was the first rainy day. What better way to start the day at 8 a.m. than a nice haircut for my 13 year old son and I. The short wait(less than 5 minutes) for a great haircut was worth the drive from Kapa’a to Lihue. Make sure to tip well because you won’t be paying very much for the professional haircut by really nice people.

Rating: 4.5÷5 Date(s) visited: many times. Service: 4.5÷5 Atmosphere: 3⁄5 Price: 3⁄5 Parking: 3⁄5 This is a first-come-first-serve establishment. What I love about this shop is that it’s open early in the morning. Service: Harry is great with the clippers and scissors. Atmosphere: Old school shop with about 3 – 4 barber chairs and magazines while you wait. Price: Nothing expensive. Pretty average. Parking: Street and private lot is available.
