kauai urgent care is an extension of kauai medical clinic (wilcox hospital/​hawaii pacific health) located off of their main campus in lihue, near costco.
this is where you go if their main clinic is closed or your doctor is not able to see you immediately, but doesn’t require serious attention (ER).
the staff at kauai urgent care are friendly and genuine in their concern for your health. the receptionist are quick and efficient at checking you in. the nurses are knowledgeable and patient when trying to explain your situation, and the physicians (and PAs) are truly phenomenal.
i am glad that HPH has provided this clinic to assist the community of kauai (and visitors alike) to be in their best health!

This clinic is staffed by friendly, efficient people who got me in to see a great doctor (Ogilvie) and had me in and out in no time. The place was clean and professional. Great all around!

This place is a godsend! Wonderful local urgent care for when your kids get sick on vacation. Our little one had a stomach bug and they did a great job caring for him, from the receptionist to the staff and the doctor. We were relieved to have an experienced doctor look at him and give us insight as to what was going on.
Convenient location in Lihue next to the mall & Costco, easy to get to.

Had to visit here twice recently and it was not as horrific an experience as I have had at other Urgent Care clinics. Definitely beats the ER! Nice big waiting area, even an outside area to wait in if you are a germaphobe like myself. Had 3 individuals checking people in so the line went pretty quickly and 3 providers there even on a holiday so the wait time was minimal, that is minimal for an Urgent Care. (like an hour or so) Very small crowded parking lot so had to park in a nearby business park lot Doctor was very nice and pharmacy very convenient.

So thankful! I’m flying home today and woke up with a double ear infection! Yuck! They saw me immediately. Didn’t wait at all. Drained my ears. Nicest staff! Gave me an RX to pick up around the corner. Easy peasy! Thank you!

Quick service and friendly, knowledgable doctors were able to assist us with my stomach flu upon our arrival in Lihue and with my husband’s pneumonia later in the week on our vacation.
