I also purchased a canvas photo with a voucher through KSL deals. I ordered 12÷11÷13 and since they took my voucher plus an additional $ 46 for shipping and handling and framing, there has been no update on the status of my photo and no one will answer the phone or return an email. Also got suckered in through a living social voucher! Ordered 16×20 picture and was sent 15.5×19.5 so NO standard frame would fit! Re-ordered which took forever and new one just came all pixelated with white discoleration on an area! This is absurd! I give up and am not happy that I wasted my $!

Canvas daddy has terrible customer service! I ordered a canvas from them thru living social voucher. The voucher was for a pick up order. I received confirmation that the order was placed and would be ready in 7 business days. Two weeks later, I had heard nothing. So attempted to call. Left several messages, then drove to address on website. It was a Pizza Hut! Living social was also unable to contact canvas daddy. Don’t waste your time or money on canvas daddy! I would give them no stars, but Unilocal doesn’t allow that low of a rating.

Steer Clear. I used a coupon from«Groupon» to order 3 gallery wrapped photos. The shipping was ~$ 60.00, I attempted to call Canvasdaddy after I ordered(the next day) online to see if the shipping could be combined… I have left 3messages, numberous emails and have yet to hear from them. When I checked the website to see what a «normal» order without a coupon would run… shipping was like ~$ 9.00 They more than make up for a coupon by piling on with shipping/handling. Oh, the order was shipped in one box… so much for ~$ 20.00 shipping and handling for«each order». I will never do business with them again.

I have had a terrible experience with Canvas Daddy. I had an issue with my order and it took a month and me threatening to reach out to Living Social to get a response. I will not be using this company again, and I suggest if you want any sort of customer service, you do not either.

I ordered a gallery wrapped canvas using a voucher. I had some issues with the voucher and customer service was quick and happy to help. When my canvas arrived, it had been punctured in two places. I let customer serv. know and they replied with a misspelled & unhelpful email. I again asked them to fix the problem and they have not responded for almost a month now. Update: This company continues to be unhelpful and rude. I am tired of dealing with them. DONOTBUYANYTHINGFROMTHISCOMPANY!
