I have had major problems with this contractor, including them not fulfilling the contract — not completing work and not refunding payment for work/​materials already paid for. The contract was signed in February 2015. Although work started, it went very slowly. The last time anyone came to the house to work was April 6, 2015 — then they just disappeared with work incomplete.
