DONOTCOMEHEREFORYOUREYEBROWS!!! Or anything if you want good service. First of all, coming inside it all started with an awkward vibe with no genuine welcome. They told me to go in the room and had me waiting for 10 mins(which is long for eyebrows) considering they didn’t tell me how long I would be waiting. I see why it’s called nail magic… because they magically make your eyebrows disappear in a bad way. My right eyebrow was THICKER than my left. It was still hairy AF and the middle was not lined up and straight. The wait was longer than the actual procedure for my eyebrows. Don’t come here. Horrible service and outcome.

Beauty is pain… when it comes to getting your eyebrows waxed. Nail Magic is a little«remodeled» nail salon that is tucked away at the very end of a Publix shopping center. It’s right on the Intersection of Lawrenceville Hwy 29& Rockbridge road. My review is purely for getting my eyebrows waxed. I’ve been coming here for the last 2 years & I’ve always come only to get by brows done. I personally don’t like to have other people do my nails, but that’s just personal preference. If I ever get my nails done later then I will update my review in the future. Getting your eyebrows waxed it’s one of those things like getting a haircut. Once the hair is cut then you can’t get it back… and so it’s the same with waxing. I’m very picky when it comes to finding a good place to take care of my brows & Nail Magic have been doing a good job for the last 2 years. All in all, I’ve been to a lot of places that does waxing & Nail Magic is one of the few that doesn’t make my brows look think and uneven. Notes* The younger girls there are better at waxing the eyebrows. Keep that in mind.

I came here and requested a deluxe spa pedicure and regular manicure. They talked me into getting gel nails last time I was there. So, I needed the gel to be taken off. They didn’t soak my nails. They took a metal scraper and scraped the gel paint off my nails. My nails were completely ruined. I have very nice, long, thick natural nails and they left my nails chipped, thin, and from the scraping they had jagged grooves in them. I asked them to soak my nails and they refused. I then asked for the lotion and the Warmers to slip my hand in to maybe help condition my ruined nails. They said no. They asked me if I wanted gel again and I said absolutely not. My nails look horrible! Meanwhile, the lady doing my spa pedicure had no clue what deluxe meant even though it is one of their options. She had no clue what she was doing. She was having to ask someone every step of the way. I asked her to please just do a regular pedicure because you don’t know what the deluxe is and I’m not paying for something extra that’s not done right. I said this in a very nice way but She got an attitude about it. She started massaging my legs and feet with the lotion but there wasn’t enough lotion and it hurt. I had to ask her to stop and just paint my nails. They finished my manicure. My nails still had the groves in them from where they scraped off the gel paint. I was done. I checked out and they charged me a 10 $ extra fee because they had to remove the gel and I didn’t get gel again. I told them the job was horrible and I’m not paying for them to take off the gel because it wasn’t done properly. And I could have spent 2 dollars more and got the gel paint added on again. They said that would reduce the charge to 5 but then ran my card for the original amount anyway. I will never be back. This place is horrible. Do not go to this place.
