I’d never been to a chiropractor before, but with my lower back giving me fits, I figured i’d give one a shot. I’m pretty happy that I found This location, because Dr. Rothman, the chiropractor on duty, is great at his practice.
One of the things I always harp on about in my reviews is customer service, so I was pleased when the doctor sat down and discussed for several minutes my concerns, what brought me to him, and how I could lessen back pain on my own. Hearing your joints crack and pop can be unnerving at first, but I appreciated the constant communication before each adjustment was made.
The most important thing, I think, is how your care and health are much more important to them than the insurance you have (or if you have insurance at all). No, nothing is free, but they will work with you to provide needed service.
Located directly behind a Kroger grocery store, I found myself looking for an office building, but found a retrofitted house, which I actually like. Grass, trees and wooden stairs trump asphalt and steel any day.
Super good guy who knows what he’s doing and is eager to help. I can’t recommend this chiropractor enough.
