This place rocks! The staff was very helpful, I called ahead and spoke with the manager Rob to get 2 new tires he gave me all of the information over the phone and helped me set a same day appointment. I was in and out quickly considering how busy they were. The car tech from Louisiana was so friendly and prepared my paperwork quickly upon my arrival. I would recommend setting an appointment for this place because they were super busy for a Friday night, but they didn’t disappoint me. I would highly recommend the location.

My husband and I are in the process of buying a new car. We called the day before to get pricing information and to be sure we could make an appointment. We called back the next morning and made an appointment. We arrived at the appointment to find that they were having trouble with their computers and so the guy up front just wrote a note but they could not get us in at the time of our appointment. They said the soonest they could do anything was 3 hours after our original appointment. The guy who seemed to be in charge was less than helpful and rude.

I always get good service and fair prices here. They know I am on a fixed income so they don’t overcharge me. And they don’t do unnecessary repairs. They have helped me out of some tough situations. They honor price matching. I am so happy with Pep Boys. I can’t say enough good things about them.
