I been to this nail salon in the past for a fill in, so I thought it was ok to revisit. I must say I kind of wish I didn’t. The nail tech, different from the last visit clearly wasn’t skilled at acrylic nails. I wanted the coffin nails and the results were far from what I wanted yet not too hideous. But she barely painted my nails right in my opinion. This spot is probably best for basic mani pedis, but not for trendy sculptural nails. Prices are average, overall atmosphere maybe 3 out of 5 stars, overall MEH.

I am new to the area and went to pretty nails for the first time. The owner did my nails beautifully. The staff was friendly and they were busy working on customers. A couple was in for pedicures so I will be sure to return for that too! –L

Very good service! They offer a variety of pedicures with different prices and senses, they also have organic products. Chairs are very comfortable and it’s not too busy

Had a new price chart a little to busy for me to figure out and get my fingers and toes done.

Not sure why this salon wouldn’t have a perfect rating. Everyone is wonderful… very nice and not awkward at all. This was my first visit. About 5 or 6 women working so no one was waiting and everyone did a great job(i went with two others and we all loved the work) relaxing and clean atmosphere. Making sure I come back. Spa party on June 9 which Kim(mamager/owner maybe) says all services will be marked down and have additional workers to help out. They also do facials, eyebrow wax and tattoos, detoxing I think. About other review… the shop did not smell bad… no real odor at all that would be different from another salon. They showed us the menu so that they knew exactly what we were asking for and communicated just fine. Several loyal customers came in and seemed very happy w their service also. All salons get packed from time to time… it’s kinda like the ladies’ room… but we deal with it.

I have no idea where all these stars came from for this place. I’m starting to really doubt Unilocal reviews and their credibility. Upon walking in this Saturday afternoon with my 7 year old daughter the owner Kim quickly welcomed us and asked me to sign in. I wanted a pedicure and gel polish for my nails. My daughter a mani pedi. The place I noticed quickly had very poor ventilation, chemical odor was strong and it felt stuffy as if the ac was either off or barely on. An hour later I guess they turned the ac up cause it felt cooler. But still I left with a banging headache. The place was busy but we were sat in the spa chairs within 5 minutes and then we waited… with no water in our tubs just sitting there. I noticed my tub was awfully dirty it didn’t seem like anyone cleaned it at all. After what seemed like a long enough wait the man came and turned on our tubs and when he proceeded to just fill my tub and ignore how dirty it was I told him it’s dirty but he didn’t understand. Didn’t feel like causing a scene so I just let it go. So moving on to my pedicure. I asked for the deluxe $ 35 pedi which was listed for 60 minutes but ended in 45, the massage was short and I didn’t get the paraffin wax treatment like it said. Going on to my gel polish. I don’t think the lady who did mine should be doing gel polish because the Polish is all over my skin, the cuticle, and my nails are not shaped evenly. This gel will probably be lifting by tomorrow. I tried to cut some of it off my skin but we’ll see. I wish I never worked in nails because now I have a standard that no salon has been able to meet and this place is far from it. I will not be back.

I could not be happier with Pretty Nails! Kim and her professional crew are excellent. I have been three times since moving into the area and have had a great experience each time. It is extremely clean and the cost is very reasonable. I even treated myself to a mini-facial this last time and cannot wait to go again. Don’t pass this little salon by… it’s a true gem!

Kim the owner takes pride in this salon. Leena and Kim are excellent skilled nail Experts. Kim also does terrific eyebrow waxing. The upgraded salon provides a relaxing atmosphere and great massage chairs. Donot pass the salon because of the appearance on the outside because inside it looks upscale and you are treated As such. Ask prices up front so there is no confusion if you add or change treatments. Clean and no fears of hygiene issues. Best hidden secret in the area.

I recently stopped by the Pretty Nails salon to get a French tip pedicure and was quite impressed by my toes afterward! I was accommodated quickly and was out of the salon in no time! For all that the technician does: nail/cuticle clipping, filing, callus removal, oil, lotion & massage, it was well worth the $ 23. I highly recommend this nail salon and will be going back soon for another pedicure!

Not a good nail salon. The nail tech didn’t listen too well. I kept telling her that my polish was regular polish with a gel overlay underneath. She kept treating the polish as if it was a gel polish. After we finally cleared that up, she tried to give me an acrylic fill-in when I specifically asked for a gel. This place was rather unkempt. She did the fill –in with gel acrylic, she polished over the acrylic with regular polish, then did a clear coat of gel polish over the regular polish. A day later I noticed that my nails looked cracked. Then the polish started chipping, both the regular polish and the gel polish. Iwas going to return to have then ccorrectly nails but I just didn’t take action because I didn’t want her to fix my nails. A week later, I did have my nails fixed but at a different salon. I would not recommend this salon and I would not return to this salon.

I really enjoyed my experience. My toes look darling and the whole experience was very relaxing. You pick what category of pedicure you want from a menu of options. I picked the basic but decided to upgrade to a callous remover.(I thought it was worth the few extra bucks) You also get to choose the color from maybe a hundred options.(I think you could even bring our own color in too) I would suggest you wear sandals,(you want to show off your pretty toes) and bring a book to read while you are waiting for them to dry. The only drawback may be that I am not sure they speak English.(enough to say foot in, foot here, and payment) Definitely a GREAT first experience!

I would recommend this place. The owner Kim is friendly. I noticed that their prices went up a little(maybe because they upgraded their spa chairs and a few other things) but it’s still competitive. I always get a French pedicure and now it’s $ 22 but they send coupons in the money mailer, so it came to $ 20. I also love the warm towels they put on your feet!

Small, clean shop, modestly decorated, calm and businesslike. Owner, Kim, is pleasant and accommodating; has been there 4 years. Prices are VERY competitive. I won’t hesitate to go back.
