I wish there was an option of 0 star for this Zaxby location. The girl at the window name Emarlda instead of saying sorry for the 25 minutes delay in drive thru says do you wants the food or not. I want the management to teach how to talk to customers or ask her to leave the job and can work some where else where she don’t have to deal with customers. Worst employee of Zaxby …

Just nasty, dirty tables, floors, bathroom floor covered in dirty paper towels and urine covered toilets. We turned around and left it was so gross. This used to be a very neat and clean restaurant

First of, they offer teacher discounts which is so great! The place was super clean and the service was quick and friendly. I would definitely come here again. The chicken was so moist and tender with just enough spices. The cole slaw was mouth watering.

When I want «fast food» I love Zaxbys. The chicken fingers are always fresh cooked and the fries hot (and since I don’t eat cole slaw I can ask for extra fries). This location has always been clean and the people friendly. I have noticed that the chicken fingers seem a bit smaller, the 5 piece regular plate use to really fill me up but now they are smaller fingers, but of course you can get larger portion for 2.00 more. In spite of the cut back the food is good and fresh and their salads are great.

I am speaking on service provided by the drive thru and it’s terrible. The ppl working it are RUDE for no reason at all. You can ask for ketchup or a straw that was not provided and u would think u said a swear word the way you are treated and looked at. I am really disgusted. Surprised these ppl still have jobs…

By far, the worst Zaxby’s that I’ve ever been too as far as drive thru service is concerned. Nothing ‘fast’ about it… As many have said before, if you go here, make sure you thoroughly check your order before you leave. Don’t worry about needing time to decide what you want because you’ll have plenty of that waiting in line.

Zaxby’s wings and things always hit the spot for me. And I remember those good olé days when the fries were overflowing, the price was agreeable and the service was good. Well for this visit everything was not like the good olé days. I ordered my usual wings and things… And it dissapppoint me greatly. The portion of fries were little. The price have went up and the service was horrible. From the beginning it was a «order when you are ready». No greetings no nothing. Granted I’m at a fast food chain and their service isn’t known to be superior and they are deff. Not chick fil A. But this particular day it was just awful. Service really did destroyed everything for me. I asked for ketchup… I got some eyes roll. Sigh. Overall, I wont be coming back to this location!

I luuuuhhhh Zaxby’s cobb zalad with the fried chicken. Thats what i ALWAYS get and sometimes extra toast. I like it with their banana pudding mlk shake… so yummy. This location’s drive thru is sooooo slow zzzzzzz. And they charge for everything. Really you cant give me a different dressing for free? 25 cents? Right like that aint going in your pocket!!! *side eye*

Once again they screwed up my drive thru order. I feel like a fool for not checking my order before I left. Beyond the fact that my order was wrong, the wings barely looked like they’d been tossed in sauce. After calling 3 times and no answer, I drove back. The manager said all the good kitchen employees went back to school. Avoid this location.

Okqy so the food is good because it is Zaxbys but every single time I go there we ask for 2 extra Zax sauces and every single time they don’t ever put it in with our order which requires me to go inside wait in their God awful line and get what they had charged me for. It’s irritating.

Never again. Got a Big Zax Snack for my daughter and the 3 fingers was really like getting 2, they were so small, yet they’re charging me regular price. I told the manager and he have me two more and stated that’s how they came from the manufacturer. I’ll stick to my regular locations. 1 extra star for the manager hooking me up!

There is something about the taste of Zaxby’s chicken breading and their «Zak» sauce that keeps me coming back. This is a great place for a lunch, or a light dinner. My wife and I split the large platter which comes with 7 chicken tenders, lots of seasoned crinkle cut fries, two pieces of toast, and coleslaw. I’m not sure how anyone eats this by themselves, but it is a perfect portion for the two of us. The large plus two drinks comes to $ 11 which makes this a great value.
The service is above average for the fast food industry, and the inside is always clean.

Good Zaxby’s. Nothing really to write home about, but it works for a quick lunch. This location is never really crowded and always fairly clean. Service is not overly friendly, so, they coul boost that up a bit. Any salad from here is awsome, but plastic forks have now replaced Zaxby’s long-​standing tradition of offering metal ones. Guess too many were walking out the door.

I’ve never been through the drive thru so I can’t comment on that, but it’s always good when we eat in. Yesterday I had them cater my son’s birthday party and ordered the wings, fingers, and nibblers for 18 (it could have fed 20 easily). They cooked it fresh and everything was delicious. Everyone was so happy to see zaxby’s instead of my cooking. I did not say I liked everyone at the party.
Anyway, there was plenty of food for everyone and still left overs. The pieces of chicken are large and the nibblers (small chicken sandwiches) were very filling. Everything plus 2 dozen cookies was less than $ 100. I will use them again!

You can’t really go wrong with Zaxby’s. It’s the best fast food chicken you’re going to find, for the most part. On this trip, we got 2 chicken club meals and two chicken tender kid’s meals (my son and I with the clubs and the wife and other son with the kids meals). It was all hot and fresh and had that wonderful Zaxby’s flavor. We also all shared the Birthday Cake shake and it was SO GOOD!
The only issue I have is the price. As good as they are, when it all comes down to it it’s just chicken. $ 6 for the club «meal» and it doesn’t include a drink! Really? So 2 sandwiches, 2 kids meals, 1 sprite, and 1 shake for $ 25!
As much as I complain, I know I’ll be back. I just found this one right down the street from my church, so it may just be my Sunday afternoon hangout…

When I used to eat chicken I would devour their Zaxby’s Zalads, they are the best!
Now, I get it without the chicken and it’s still delicious.
This particular location is great. The service is friendly, fast, and helpful. If you’ve ever gone through the drive-​through at a Zaxby’s restaurant then you know it’s really not a «drive-​through» experience. You do have to wait as they prepare your meal to order. Which basically means it’s cooked fresh to go. Even though there is a wait it’s not ridiculous at this location and the food is always good.
