I only give this location a 3 star because they did not explain the process of renting a car better. I do not have full coverage insurance, which was ok. But they did not inform me until I got there that it was an extra 75 dollars to rent without full coverage. You also had to get roadside assistance and something else I do not recall. This location is attached to the Ford dealership in Lillington. When I came back to drop the car off nobody was in the office (there is only one girl working in there). I had to drop the key off in the drop box and park way away from the entrance (hope she finds the car). The car we rented was a town and country. It was very high tech. Even had touch screen, tvs, and wall outlets. It also only had 8400 miles on it.
