Went in here last night and by the looks of the place I was a little skeptical I must admit… the interior needs major work. Smelled more of an antique store and the looks of the inside were pretty outdated also to have just opened up a few years ago. The food and service was decent but the sweet tea was the only thing that stood out to me.

Even keeping in mind how few options there are in the area, I would skip this. I had an eggplant parm hero with a small salad(verrrry small and refrigeratory tasting) The eggplant parm was inedible. I’m not sure if it was the oil it was fried in or the sauce but I’ve never not eaten eggplant parm before. My friend got a veggie sandwich was pretty good.

When this place opened I had high hopes for some decent Italian food in Lillington. It didn’t take long for that to change. It took seven minutes to get our drink orders in and when we finally got our food it was disgusting. Everything was canned and unseasoned to the point that we just paid and left. I hear their pizzas are very good but will not be back to find out. For it to be a slow night(there were only 3 other tables) it took forever for us to not eat and leave. Not recommended.

A drive but worth the trip — food is great, a tremendous value — a very personal family type feel from the staff. Have been going since they opened and try to get there once a week. Sadly they don’t appear busy, but it works in our advantage as we can easily get in and out.
