Absolutely worth the hour travel to get comics. The store is clean, well set up, and the staff is eager to talk.
The individual issue and trade selection is pretty good, and the rewards program is outstanding if you are a regular comics reader.
Best store in West Ohio.

The only place in the area to get comic books and other related merchandise! The store is very organized and easy to shop through! They have a great selection and always have what I’m looking for! The staff is always available and very friendly! Even when I call the store, they are super courteous and always help me out! I love their selection of The Walking Dead merchandise!

Without a legit bookstore, Lima is lucky to have Alter Ego Comics as a haven for bookworms and geeks. The staff always knows the book I’m seeking, even when my descriptions are vague.
Perhaps Alter Ego’s strongest plus is the organization of books. Lots of comic shops display books with little method, but Alter Ego has an easy-​to-​understand layout that speeds things up for veteran readers and simplifies them for newcomers.
