I ordered the recliner and a half and the zig zag sofa and love seat on February 14, 2015. I was given an estimated delivery date of March 5, 2015. I called them on March 9, 2015 to inquire about my furniture and was told that nothing had been shipped from the manufacturer and I should try back later in the week. So I called back this morning, March 16, 2015, and was told that it still had not been shipped. As consolation I was told that I could go in and select«in stock» furniture up to $ 100 over the originally paid price. So i can go from what I ordered to only what they have in stock, which must not be much. They apparently only have in stock what the manufacturer sends them and are limited to certain items at certain times of the year. If you do go and you find something you like, make sure it is in stock first. If you are going to have it delivered, be prepared to pay the delivery guys $ 75+ to deliver it. The other review about the«great customer service» is completely outdated. This chain does not care about customers, only getting your money. Why else would they offer in store credit as a refund? Because they don’t want you going somewhere else to get EXACTLY what you want.

I went here to buy a new bedroom set for my Grandma who lives in Columbus. I’ve bought from here in Columbus and in Tallahasee and everytime its great. When my grandma went back to pick some more of her items that just came in she was talking about having issues setting things up and one of the salesman went to her house and helped assemble some of the products! if thats not customer service I don’t know what it is.

If you want inexpensive furniture and don’t care about a heated showroom, well-dress salesmen or the possibility of buying a discontinued item, this is THE place to buy. For $ 1,700, I bought: — a dining table with four chairs — a huge, gorgeous sectional(plus fabric protector spraying and 10-year stain-free warranty) — an ottoman the size of a bus — a gigantic dresser with a mirror — a headboard And it all was delivered for $ 45. Mind you, I bought on the expensive side at American Freight. Most of their furniture options cost less. From what I could tell, the store only sells living room, bedroom and dining room furniture. I didn’t see any desks or entertainment centers. If you go, ask for Dave. The store even offers credit deals, such as 90-days same as cash.
