Bellacino’s Pizza and Grinders

Great catering of pizza for our office. On time delivery and everyone loves the pizza. Service when ordering was great. I will be back.

Had the chicken bacon ranch grinder tonight. Delicious! Also got some garlic cheese bread. Yummy! Now that’s the way garlic cheese bread should be! Awesome garlic spread an lots of cheesy goodness! Oh we’re going back!

Once again, Bellacino’s horrible phone service gets on my last nerve.
My employer has an open account with Ballacino’s, allowing us to order meals without paying out of pocket. However, the person taking my order demanded a purchase order number. Having never needed one before, I didn’t know what ours was. So I had to put the order on my credit card.
Then he told me the pizza special was for a two-​topping pizza when the flier I had in my hand clearly said it was a three-​topping pizza. He also couldn’t keep track of the items I was listing for him.
And he needed three tries to get my name right. I spelled it for him each time.
After all that, delivery took an hour. Granted, I was warned it would take time because of bad weather, but our office is less than a mile away on the same street.
In short, don’t expect an easy, quick transaction unless you guy in person and in cash. And Bellacino’s, do some phone service training.

They really do have good food but i dont know if it is sooo good that its worth putting up with the HORRIBLE service ! seriously they have the worst service i have had in a very long time !
