My mom scored a $ 270 bed set on sale for $ 80. Then, the cashier gave her a $ 20 Kohls Cash coupon.
A day later, mom returned to use the Kohls Cash and discovered it wasn’t valid until a day after she was scheduled to fly back to Arizona. The customer service desk was nice enough to let my mom use the Kohls Cash two days early. On top of that, the clerk noticed a mailer coupon that applied another 15% off the purchase. She clipped it out from a sheet behind her desk and slapped a few bucks off our purchase.
For having awesome customer service and impressing my mom, Kohls gets my mark of approval.
