I came in thinking it was going to be a pain — I was eligible for an annual upgrade which I knew Verizon had done away with. Also, my fiancé was getting her line transferred over to my account. We typically go to the corporate store, but was so glad that we chose Radio Hospital. Kayla, our sales rep, was patient and explained everything in great detail making it a breeze. Not to mention, I got the last iPhone 4S in town :) Thanks again Kayla! Best customer service in town!
