This place has the look and feel of a true neighborhood bar… eclectic décor and patrons! Lots of historical photos and accessories… and the biggest tenderloin I’ve ever seen. Thin and crispy with a HUGE order of fries. Will be back with friends.

I stopped by while in town for business(yes, I have a job) and fell in love with the charm of this place. Good cold beer, tall shots and some real good chili. They also have a killer neon sign out front to beacon drunks who want their arteries clogged from miles around! God bless Louies!

Louie’s is nothing fancy… and some would say it is a hole in the wall. Truly it has been in Lima ever since I could remember. The food has always been fantastic and he drinks plentiful. The owner is great and makes sure things are top notch. Like I said it has been there forever, so nothing fancy, but there is a bar, and tables to sit, the bathroom is very clean, and there are video game machines to play. It’s a normal little bar… but the tenderloin sandwiches are a must try… mmmmmmm
