Hampton Inn

Stay Away! So my mother was so kind to post a review of this a month or so ago and in yet. Still no response from the staff at Limerick Hampton Inn. The manager there Jayson was so kind at first in picking up where the previous manager had left off in making this theft there at the hotel right but we are back to square one. Hilton Worldwide was contacted.

Hotel room was very nice & clean when we got there. They also had a nice free breakfast provided. The only complaint is that they didn’t clean our room while we were staying there. No fresh linens & no clean towels the next day which was concerning. I let the manager know & he stated they would take one night off which was nice. Other than that the stay was a nice one.

Wish I could give this a 5 star rating. On late arrival, had to wait 15 minutes for registration clerk to check us in as he was too busy showing something to other people in lobby on their smart phones. And during this 15 minute wait, we were «entertained» by three hotel staff members eating the cookies for guests and complaining about having to work a «double shift». Needless to say, it appears hotel staff needs reminded to keep personal conversations in secure areas away from guests ears.
Room was good size and beds comfortable. But even though there were yellow post it’s on each of the queen bed headboards stating «clean sheets, pillow cases and comforter for our comfort», our bed linens were never changed during our 5 night stay. When leaving our room for the day, encountered 2 housekeeping staff outside our door and asked if they were going to clean our room next and they informed us since we were «stay over» guests, another housekeeper would be cleaning our room, not them. Also, we could hear every toilet being flushed in rooms on either side and above us.
Bathroom clearly displayed a sign indicating if «you have forgotten your toothbrush, razor, shower cap, etc» just contact the front desk. When I needed a shower cap, front desk told me «no we don’t have that».
Also, there are no restaurants near this hotel, unless you consider Wawa or Subway restaurants.
On the postive, complimentary breakfast was hot with choices of cereals, waffles, muffins, fruit, eggs and breakfast meats. Hotel is close to Rte 422 and car dealerships if you’re in the market for new vehicle.

Awesome Hotel! The room was very nice and they offered free cookies when we got there.
I enjoyed the eggs and sausages that they had for the free breakfast. The hotel does offer an indoor pool and free wifi. I’d definitely recommend staying here if you’re looking for a hotel in the Limerick-​Pottstown Area!

My husband and I stayed at this hotel during a visit to PA over the past weekend. Our son was getting married and things were stressful to say the least. From the moment we walked in, we knew we had made the right decision in choosing to stay here. We were greeted warmly by the gentleman at the front desk. In fact, the entire staff was extremely polite, helpful and friendly.
Our room was spotless and comfortable. Everything is up-​to-​date and convenient. Our room had two nice comfy queen-​sized beds with luxurious bedding. We also had a mini fridge and microwave (both came in handy when we had some take-​home food from our visit to a local restaurant). The television was large and the latest model (often not the case in some hotels believe it or not). The bathroom was modern and the shower head had several pulse settings (great on sore, tired muscles). The room also came equipped with a blow dryer, iron, ironing board and safe for guest’s convenience.
The cleaning staff did a fantastic job of coming in quickly to have everything spotless before we returned to our room each day.
We certainly were able to make the most of our free morning breakfast. There was a wide variety of delicious hot and cold foods for us to choose from and the coffee was wonderful — it actually tasted like coffee!
I would highly recommend the Hampton Inn in Limerick to anyone looking for a comfortable, immaculate and super-​saving hotel (we got a GREAT deal when we booked ahead of time). Fabulous! This was SO much better than the over-​priced dump we stayed at during our recent trip to Galveston!
