Limerick Florist

This shop doesn’t even deserve 1 star. This florist provides awful products. The flowers I received were half dead and the arrangement had way too many greens in it. The greens also had bugs on them. I called the floral shop multiple times to be greeted Danielle who has an awful attitude. I asked to speak to the owner and/​or manager and she refused. She shouldn’t be in customer service. The arrangement I record was from Proflowers who contracted to them. I’ve contacted Proflowers to inform them that this florist does awful work.

I was going to order just a one simple bouquet with white roses for pick up. Came three weeks before the day of event. There was only teenage girl, who took my phone number, name and date of event and said florist will call me back. One week later I stopped by again cause nobody ever called me. The florist was there with a bunch of teenage girls. He said they are extremely busy for holidays and we set up an appointment in a week. So after ANOTHER week I came there on time we set up. And guess what? He’s not there!!! Teenage girl went somewhere on the back, then came back and said he went somewhere to get floral arrangements and stuck in traffic (on Monday at 1 pm). And traffic is really bad, so he asked to come back in an hour or more. She took my phone number and name again. I left with a bitter feeling that I’ve been screwed up and decided to go to other florist even though I had less than a week left. I never went back. But guess what?! I never got a call from them either!!! Wtf?! Total crap!!!

Was disappointed in how the arrangement looked. David whom is the manager at that location had offered to exchange the arrangement for a new one, but I figured next time we will order from a different location. I posted both pics of the advertisement of what the arrangement was to look like and the second was the arrangement and how it was received, most were not bloomed and never did and next day had wilted.

THE worst flowers I have ever had delivered! Wilted, discolored lilies– which by the way are supposed to come in bud form. The arrangement looked like it had something sitting on top of it, guessing from the broken stems. The color of the roses and lilies were horrible, the size of the arrangement was about half the size it was supposed to be and what REALLy annoys me is that if I hadn’t been there (these were Mother’s Day flowers) I would have NEVER known. My mother would have just said” oh they’re lovely «. I spent $ 115.00 on this trash. The florist did say they would re-​deliver in two days (which I did originally agree to), but the more I thought about it– the more pissed I got. The NERVE of them even sending them out like that in the first place! I wanted something nice for my mom. My health isn’t good, I can’t drive, and my mom has been doing everything for my daughter, which is why it’s even more upsetting. I went through 1800flowers, they refunded my money right away. This florist is the worst! I ordered a wrist corsage for my daughters dance on Wednesday and called to confirm Saturday morning. Received a phone call at 12:00 noon stating that his delivery truck was late due to the snow. (we only got 1 – 2 inches). Anyway, they told me it would be ready at 4:00. When I went to get it, lights were out and nobody answered the Door or phone. This was not the first incident with thisflorist either. The worst… do not go here!

This place is THE worst. 2^nd time my husband ordered flowers to be delivered, and they screwed up the order. First time, they never even showed up, and this time around, they told him at 2pm the flowers were out for delivery, and would arrive shortly. Well, at 8:15pm, they finally decided to deliver the flowers. We will be calling tomorrow, and demanding our money back for the dozen red roses that neither of us wanted at that point, as our anniversary is pretty much over :(
